DNS not working properly

Hello,

I have 1 forest with 1 domain in my company, and i am creating several sites, for each geographical zone. That zone has also a different IP range and a RODC that replicate with Primary Domain Controller 4 times an hour (this because we are implementing AD as we speak).

I have 1 Primary Domain Controller (PDC), 1 Secondary Domain Controller (SDC and WSUS) and several RODC across country.

The problem i have is that since yesterday i recieve a Policy Error at PDC :

The client-side extension could not remove computer policy settings for 'Default Domain Policy {31B2F340-016D-11D2-945F-00C04FB984F9}' because it failed with error code '0x8007000d The data is invalid.' See trace file for more details.

with event ID 8194. Also there are several users that cannot log on to the domain, no matter what.

Also, in the same time, the DNS crashed and now all reponse i recieved from ping are form aliases CNAME (fd9d40a0-d1b8-4aa0-8054-6d18fbb54869) not from FQDN from target host (pdc.domain.com).

Please advice to resolve this problem.
