Hello,
I'm doing a GPO for a Terminal Server Session and I'm sure this will be a simple answer for someone but I'm trying to determine if what this system engineer from our Outsource IT group is accurate, it doesn't seem accurate to me.
When I have a time limit for a idle or active user set to 1 hour does that user go into a disconnected state? if so If I set the time limit for a disconnected session for 1 hour, I'm going to assume that means the disconnected session is removed from the Remote Desktop Session Manager? so in reality if a logoff for a session is set for 7 hours, the session would never make it to the logoff state, correct?
I have a engineer from this network company telling that I'm wrong in the assessment that its a 2 hour TTL, they are telling me it;s 8 hours, is this accurate?
