Classic Administrative Templates folder missing when editing a GPO

Hi,

I'm having trouble with the classic administrative templates folder missing. I have a GPO which contains Office 2000 + 2003 settings and also general windows settings. I am creating two new GPOs and placing the Office settings in one and the general windows settings in the other. The problem I have is when trying to add the setting below it is missing:

Classic Administrative Templates (ADM) > IE Authentication Securityhide > IE: Enable Integrated Windows Authentication

When I edit the old/exist GPO with then I can see this in there so the machine (Win7 IE9) I'm running GPMC on does have the correct adm files present.

I can right-click on Administrative Templates and chose to 'add/remove templates' and add it in but what lcoation is this adm file in? I can't see it in C:\windows\PolicyDefinitions (don't have a central store). Can anyone advise how to see this please?

Thanks
