add shortcut to the QuickLaunch with GPP

Hi,

I try to add a shortcut to the QuickLaunch with GPP, but it never show up on Windows 7 Ent x86. If I put it on the desktop it works fine.

But I want one on QuickLaunch
And one on on the top off the start meny.

Is there any way to fix this..
