Turning Windows Features On or Off using Group Policy

Is there a way to turn a Windows feature on or off using Group Policy?

I would like to turn on the ActiveX Installer Service for a number of my pc's and I am unable to find where i can enable this feature.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
