I have users with Windows 7 and IE 9 who are supposed to receive a group policy setting their proxy settings. However at least a few users report that the proxy settings do not show up properly. Either the proxy is not enabled or the exceptions list is empty. Strange things like that. I initially thought it might be a group policy issue but I put a couple of users in an isolated OU with block inheritance and they are only receiving the proxy policy and it still happens. I went through and recreated the policy from scratch and it is still happening. I'm starting to think it's an issue with their desktops but I was curious if anyone else had seen this happen before.
