Folder Redirect GPO Not Working

Scenrio:

We want to have the following setup:

All users My Documents, Desktop and AppData will be Redirected to the location\\fas-a\fldrdir no matter which PC, Server they logon onto, unless its Windows 2003/XP in these events Loopback proccsing would be in place to prevent redirection.

We also want the Start Menu to redirect, however only for certain PCs/Servers. So this will apply to the TS and the Application Servers.

I.E. When a user logs onto the TS they'll be redirected to \\fas-a\fldrdir\Start Menu\08R2\DEPARTMENT\ each team has certain access to certain APPs, this'll folder redirection will be based on the a Secuirty Group in the advanced settings of the Start Menu redirect settings.

However when a user logs onto to an Application Server, like SVR-BACS, they'll all get the same Folder Redirection as each other. So this would be\\fas-a\fldrdir\Start Menu\BACS\ .

So overall we would have,

2 Folder Redirection Polices being applied at one time.

EG:

User Folders Folder Redirection

"Appliction Server" Start Menu Folder Redirection

E.G. OU

Users OU Structure: DOMAIN.LOCAL>RDS Users>Normal Users>DEPARTMENT

Servers OU Structure: DOMAIN.LOCAL>Remote Desktop Servers>SERVER TYPE (Server Type would be: Terminal Servers, BACs Servers, Odex Servers)

I've already tried applying the policy to the computers OU's, using a few suggestion like using Loopback Proccessing, Placing User Groups in the OU, using the Secuirty Filter to also add the Server to it, etc. So far no luck

Has anyone got a thought on how I can do this?
