Access to the path denied when creating a Mutex object

Hi,

We have a customer that attempts to run our product using a limited account. There is a problem with it and I suspect that our product at some point fails to create a Mutex.

Is there some kind of policy that IT can impose to Deny creation of Mutex objects? I saw that there is a policy called “Create permanent shared objects” that allows to create Mutexes, but I could not find a Deny for this (by default, it is not set) - https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd349804%28v=ws.10%29.aspx

Alternatively, is there some kind of monitoring or troubleshooting that the customer’s IT may have to see why this is failing?

Thanks.
