The error on Internet Explorer Zonemapping settings.

Hi,

We're having problem with the group policy processing the error is:

Windows failed to apply the Internet Explorer Zonemapping settings. Internet Explorer Zonemapping settings might have its own log file. Please click on the "More information" link.

I checked the Group Policy log it's showing event id 7016 and the error code 5:

For testing purpose, there is only one entry:

I think the error code 5 could be the permission issue but I don't know where to check...
