Group Policy Freezing on Win7

Initially setup a group policy on 2003 AD server with out hitch. Then discovered that there were settings for IE 9 that I could not set from there. Did research and learned of RSAT on Win7. So I installed IE9 on my Win7 pc along with RSAT. I installed the updated AMDX and ADML files I downloaded from MS site on 2003 server.

Initally the GPM on my Win7 pc ran w/out issue and updated all but one of the settings. No freezing up at all. Today I went to check if I missed the setting and now when clicking ok in Securty Zones and Content Rating nothing happens and I get a not responding message. I let it sit a while (10 minutes or so) and then ended up killing the task. Tried to edit the policy again and now the policy has stopped applying to computers and the configuration windows always go to not responding.

**Additional semi-redundant notes***When changing or checking settings in this case, for internet explorer, I click OK (on the Sercurity Zones and Content Rating under User Config>Policies>Windows Settings>Internet Explorer Maintenance screen) and I get the spinning blue circle, with not responding message. Let it sit for a good 20 minutes, still nothing.
