GPO troubleshooting in Windows Server 2003

Hello,

I saw in Windows Server 2008 the Event ID  5311, 5312, 5313 in the Applications and Services > Microsoft > Windows > GroupPolicy > Operational.

What are the equivalent in Windows Server 2003?

If no equivalent how to see which policies have been applied, which ones have not been applied etc...
