what are the requirements to add family safety with windows 8 on a domain integrated machine ?

I am running a Windows 8 Computer and tried to add Family safety. But the check box to add a child is missing ?

My Computer is added to a Domain. I also use Office 365.

I tried to logon just with my Microsoft account (without Domain) and with my Domain account (always with admin rights on the machine). The Problem is that the check box for adding a child never appears ?

Any Hint for me ?
