2012 Domain Controller - correct method to import W10 ADMX files requested

Hi All, I would appreciate some advice as I do not see my new policy definitions available after import and can only assume I have missed something important.

We have a domain environment with 2012 and 2008 DCs.

AS per https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48257&fa43d42b-25b5-4a42-fe9b-1634f450f5ee=True&751be11f-ede8-5a0c-058c-2ee190a24fa6=True&e6b34bbe-475b-1abd-2c51-b5034bcdd6d2=True
I downloaded Windows10_Version_1511_ADMX.msi to my 2012 DC.

I installed it to our Policy Definitions folder which for us is this particular path:
C:\Windows\SYSVOL_DFSR\domain\Policies\PolicyDefinitions

When I then attempt to create a new policy to disable OneDrive, the OneDrive component is not visible here:
Computer Configuration \ Administrative Temples: Policy definitions (ADMX files) retrieved from the central store \ Windows Components.

I have successfully imported Office definition files in the past for 2007.2010, & 2013.

Did I choose the wrong download file from the link? (should have choose Windows10-ADMX.msi instead?)
The article does not explain the difference between the two files and I do not wish to keep 'experimenting'.

Thank you so much.

Andy
