Active Directory user permission

We have a browser pluging (for IE) which makes some webservice calls and get the data. When we try to use the plugin with system user (both Administrator and Standard users) it works fine. However when we try to use the plugin using Active Directory standard user (belongs to Administrator group of the local system) it gives following error:

'C:\Users\XXXXX.XXXXX\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Virtualized\C\Users\XXXXX.XXXXX\AppData\Local\Temp\Low\cq7ganwv.tmp'

When we tried the plugin with the Active Directory Administrator user (belongs to Administrator group of the local system) the plugin is working fine. This is only happening when we use Active Directory Standard user.

Can anyone please advise what permission needs to be granted.

Thanks,

Faraz
