Blocking the internet

Hello Everyone ,

                        I am facing this issue we are getting a new call center and the requirment is that we have to block all internet access for the employees of that call center but they should be able to access there calling application which is web based .If i block the internet through group policy then there apllication will be blocked .How should i go about it any ideas .Thanks a lot
