On the computers at work I have a problem.
When a colleague logs in on a domain computer, and tries to open Settings -> System -> Storage, it is empty. But when a administrator tries it, you can change the settings. I want teachers to be able to click on a drive to remove the temp files.
Screenshot without the possibility to click on the drives (colleagues):

Screenshot with the possibility to click on the drives (administrator):

Undoubtedly it's a GPO, but we can't find it.
The Windows version is Windows 10 - 1511
Thanks for any help!
