Redirected Document folder won't work and Library path of Documents points to invalid location? Help?

I have a group policy setup for folder redirection. It works for all the users folders except for the Documents folder on one user. All other users it works for all folders. In the HKCU registry, the User Shell Folder is set to the correct network share (\\myserver\User Documents\user_name\Documents). In the Users folder on her local workstation, the Documents folder is not there because it has been redirected to the network share.

The problem is when I right click on Documents from the start menu and choose properties, it shows the location as "c:\user documents\user_name\Documents" instead of "\\myserver\User Documents\user_name\Documents". That path doesn't exist, so I get an error when I try to create a file in the documents folder.

Why does it show "c:\user documents\user_name\Documents", instead of the path in the registry? and how can I fix this?

Thanks.

I attached a picture that shows most of the details.
