AD Logon script and non-admin users

Hi,

I have AD environment and under User account - Properties - Profile - Logon script there is one script with four rows. Now I'd like to add settings for static IP address on logon script (netsh interface ip set address) and assing it when non-admin end user will logon on desktop machine. But "netsh interface" is working only if I start command line WITH ADMINISTRATIVE RIGHTS on desktop machine. If I just start it on command line or on logon script - it's not working. Can you please advice how to put "netsh interface" on logon script and that should work when non-admin logon on desktop machine?

Or should I change my idea of Logon script with GPO Computer Configuration - Windows Settings - Scripts (Startup/Shutdown) - Startup ?

Thnx!
