GPO Policy update from client PC is taking long time..approximate 1 hr

Hi All,

I am deploying AutoProxy GPO User policy to all windows XP clients, after deploying am facing the below challenges.

1. After deploying to this policy to OU's it's taking long time(Approximate 1 hr) to update GPO automatically(We don't wish run gpupdate at client end).

2.Some client's not updating this GPO, getting Error 1053, GPO is aborted error, how to update this clients.

3. Proxy Browser settings are not updating automatically  to IE if we remove Proxy settings from browser.(we don't want to restrict user to alter connection tab setting of IE)

Can any one help me on this.
