Issue with group policy drive mapping. Server 2008r2

Hi all.

Im having an issue that is driving me nuts.

Im having trouble with a department drive mapping through group policy that is only affecting specific users with in a security group.

I have the GPO applied (enforced, and link enabled) to a main OU that has sub OU's filled with user accounts split up by department.
The GPO i have specified for department shares, GP editor > User Configuration > Preferences > Windows settings > Drive maps.

In Drive Maps i have maps set for these specific shares. Supervisors, Managers, Controller Share, Accounting, HR, Sales. All set to create, Show All drives, and using item Item Level Targeting applying the drive maps to designated security groups or users.

The specific issue im having is the line that maps that Sales share. Its configured all the same as the other departments however im experiencing problems with this share in particular being mapped. It will not apply this particular policy to specific users in that security group and im confused as to why. All the users are in the same sub OU, all users are apart of the same Security Group that item level targeting is enables and configured..

No matter how many Gpupdate /force commands i do i can not get the policy to apply for the users that are having issues. If i run a RSOP.msc on the problem users computer under their logon (MSOP.msc > User Configuration > right click > properties > General Tab), i see the GPO applied to that user. Under Error information everything is applied Successfully..

I have no idea what is causing this issue or even how to trouble shoot it.

any suggestions?
