GPO not applying in windows 7

Hi

We have an issue where an enforced user group policy is applying to all windows XP machines in our domain however, for windows 7 machines the policy is not applying. The policy is required to switch users IE proxy settings and disable 'automatically detect settings'

A gpresult shows that the user is part of the AD group linked to this GPO and the result also shows that the GPO has been applied however, the settings are no applied.
