Windows Server 2008/ Windows 8 - IE 10 Secondary Homepage Settings not working

Hello,

I am trying to change people's default home page with a secondary homepage via Group policy.

I tried to change it using User Config > Policies > Administrative Template > Windows Components > internet Explorer > Disable changing Secondary homepage policy.

It works for IE 8 and IE 9 users. ( Both primary and Secondary Homepages are assigning )

But for IE 10 users its not working. ( Only Secondary homepage is assigning )

My active Directory is WS 2008.

If i need to install any ADM templates for IE 10 in my AD.
