How to Remove "Remote Installation Services" - Server 2008 R2?

Hi

All our domain controllers are running Server 2008 R2, schema, forest and domain functional level are also set Server 2008 R2. Centrale storage with admx/adml files from Server 2008 R2.

I've found a GPO were three options concerning remote installation services are set. I can only see these three options when I look at the settings (GPO Report) but I did not find a method to configure them. Those are these three settigs:
User Configuration\Policies\Windows Settings\Remote Installation Services\Client Installation Wiazrd options
Custom Setup - Disabled
Restart Setup - Disabled
Tools - Disabled

It seems like these settings are missing in the group policy management console for Server 2008 R2. How can I remove this settings? (they are no longer needed) Do I need to convert an old adm file from server 2003?

It looks like I could remove the file oscfilter.ini in this folder DomainSysvol\GPO\User\Microsoft\RemoteInstall but I don't like to delete files in the Sysvol if there is a safer method to unconfigure these settings.

thanks in advance
