I have a Windows 2008 and 2008R2 environment which uses roaming profile. I have created group policies for Truested Sites and I can see that when user log in their profiles are seeing these policies from the results I get when I run "gpresult /z /r"under their login, but when I got into the truest site setting of IE it's blank for some users. Not sure why the policy applies to some users and not others(I have even tried to give admin access to those user account which are not working). When I go to the users profile and delete their NTuser.dat and NTuser.pol files and the login the next time these files are regenerated and the policies applies properly and I can see all settings as they should be. Is there any way of getting the policy to update without deleting these files? (I have already tried gpupdate /force and /sync)
