Running Screen Saver from a network location

Hi Guys,

I would like to run a screen saver from a UNC path pointing to the domain.local\netlogon\files. 

The screen saver is about 773KB in size and its for about 150 desktops.

The server are on 10GB HA Fibre. 

The way I see it working is that when the screen saver is loaded it would call the scr file once. Then run the screen save. This would have minimum load on the network. 

Can someone confirm this is the case?

or if it continuously access the scr file which would potential generate continues network load.
