We have been having a problem with our 2008R2 servers installing updates and rebooting out side of maintenance windows.
DC is 2008R2, member servers are 2008R2.
Configure Automatic Updates GPO settings are:
4 - Auto download and schedule install
(unchecked) Install during automatic maintenance
1 - Every Sunday
3:00AM
But what happens is this:

3AM comes and goes (no event log entries), then:
3:25PM
Restart Required: To complete the installation of the following updates, the computer will be restarted within 15 minutes:
- 2018-10 Security Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows Server 2008 R2 for x64-based Systems (KB4462923)
