Unable to update the group policies

Hi Team,

I am unable to update the group policies, getting below error.

Requesting you to help me in fixing the issue.

Computer Policy update has completed successfully.
User Policy update has not completed in the expected time. Exiting...

To diagnose the failure, review the event log or run GPRESULT /H GPReport.html from the command line to access information about Group Policy results.

Below are the error code from event viewer.

The user 'safesender.txt' preference item in the 'CustomPolicy-Desktop {1DB00984-ED84-4CE1-97E9-41DA7A350258}' Group Policy Object did not apply because it failed with error code '0x80070002 The system cannot find the file specified.' This error was suppressed.
