Active Directory User need local administrator permission

Hello All,

I have an windows 2008 R2 environment. I have use Active Directory 2008 R2.

Some Active Directory user for IT Support need local administrator privilege but those users need restriction of remote Desktop.

I have found some suggestion from blog. But unfortunately not worked.

Please suggest me about this issue.
