GPO : GPO : Sync favorites between edge and IE

Hello,

I am currently trying to create a GPO using the last ADMX for Windows 10 in order to keep Edge favorites synchronized with IE.

Note : We use central store. It has the ADMX File and the DC replicate ADMX FIle via central store.

I enabled the setting that keeps Edge favorites synced with IE in GPO edit.

After linking GPO with OU, then gpupdate /force on client and rebooting to be sure, I runned gpresult /r.

It indicates the GPO is applied, fine.

Unfortunately, Edge didn't synced with IE favorites.

I decided to check GP result via MMC by targeting client computer.

I then observed in Extra Registry Settings that "display name of some parameters was not found. you may be able to resolve this issue by updating your .adm files used by gpmc"

It also indicates "Software\Policies\Microsoft\MicrosoftEdge\Main\SyncFavoritesBetweenIEAndMicrosoftEdge         Statut      1"

Weird because à could see the GPO setting and enable or disable it ...

I double checked I had the latest ADMX file and imported related ADML file. Everything is fine.

I then checked what's in ADMX file and saw :

"<policy name="SyncFavoritesBetweenIEAndMicrosoftEdge"
            class="Both"
            displayName="$(string.SyncFavoritesBetweenIEAndMicrosoftEdge)"
            explainText="$(string.SyncFavoritesBetweenIEAndMicrosoftEdge_Explain)"
            key="Software\Policies\Microsoft\MicrosoftEdge\Main"
            valueName="SyncFavoritesBetweenIEAndMicrosoftEdge">"

After checking "Software\Policies\Microsoft\MicrosoftEdge\Main" there was no registry Key named "SyncFavoritesBetweenIEAndMicrosoftEdge".

So I decided to create the registry key and add in the value 1.

But unfortunately without better results ...

Do you have any idea ?
