How can I block Domain Admins from mounting drives from a PC that joined the domain?

Is it possible to deny an Domain Admins from doing netlogon to a PC that joined a domain? I mean, something like this:

net use \\XX\C$ Z:

Now he mounted the remote drive, and .. could possibly steal sensitive data on the PC.
