Deny access to this computer from the network settings

Hi,

As part of internal security policy, we need to apply "Deny access to this computer from the network" settings for local user accounts on all domain joined servers. However, when I tried to apply via domain GPO, it applies to all domain users. I used "builtin\users". Then I used "Local account", but this does not help. I am still able to take RDP session using local user account. Can  you please help how to properly apply this settings?
