Apply Group Policy Security filtering on local user

Hi,

I want to apply GPO security filtering on local admin user. Local admin Peter99 is not a part of AD, I am using this user id to run some application.

There is a requirement to apply group policy only on Local admin "Peter99". I am not allowed to add following user in group policy security filtering.

Is there any way to add local admin user to the GPO?
