I am having an issue with Slow-Link mode for Offline files. I've configured Throughput=100000000000 through Group Policy to be sure that Offline files will be always in offline mode even in LAN. I tried to use parameter Latency=1 but sometimes folder was online when latencies were bellow 1ms. So it didn't work.
Parametr Throughput works but when new user sign in(new profile created) offline folder is not accessible with this error:
I have to reset Offline files database through registry and then it works - folder is accesible.
I tried to remove this value from GPO and then It works for first user sign in(new profile).
