Computer Configuration not updating successfully but User configuration does. Getting Event ID 1129

I have 2 servers that were recently configured and installed with Server 2008 R2 Enterprise. I have setup our Group Policy and for our DC everything updates correctly however for the other server it says the Computer Configuration doesn't update due to a network connection issue which makes no sense since the User Configuration updates successfully. I have taken the server off and on the domain and run RSOP. It still doesn't work and I haven't the faintest clue why this is happening.

I have tried the steps in the following article however, no dice
