For a particular reason, I **want** my client to think that it's on a slow link.
So I set the slow-link threshold to 999,000, which is way above the detected value of around 330,000. The Group Policy event log says that its a slow link :)
But the folder redirection is still applying? Why when technet says that
"The folder redirection client-side extension does not process its Group Policy settings over a slow network connection"
