windows 8 metro apps break and add all application packages to GPO

I have the issue where windows 8 metro apps break form a GPO.  I have identified the GPO and i want to reset them like this website tells me to do.

Teh problem is where you go in your DC and to GPO management.  In there when you get to add "all application packages" it doesn't find that account.  How do you do this if you are on a DC?  Thanks.
