deploying a group policy to a Windows 7 PC with IE10 in a WIN2K server environment

We have a WIN2K server AD environment utilising a group policy deployment to the office PC's. Now that IE10 has come out these GP settings are no longer being applied to IE10, for example proxy settings. I have been googling this topic for hours and it seems that IEM is no longer available on the IE GP.  So how do you now apply a IE GP toIE10 from a WIN2K environment. I have downloaded the new IE template and imported that on the AD controller but still dont know how to deploy the settings to IE10. The only other option is to uninstall IE10 back to 9 which at this stage is the easier thing to do.
