Deploy multiple printers at once to the same gpo

I set up a print server on our 2008 r2 domain controller and added all 150 printers with a powershell script. I want to deploy them all to the same group policy object. In Print Management when I multi-select printers the option to deploy with group policy is unavailable. Group policy computer configurations also do not let you select multiple printers at once to deploy. Is there a way to mass deploy through powershell or some other method so I don't have to click on each individual printer to deploy it?
