custom app notification on lockscreen

Hi,

How do I customize my windows 10 lockscreen to show a specific app or a custom made app on lockscreen. My applications seems not on the lists. Is there a group policy setting on that. It only shows, skype, mail, Microsoft store and others but not my app. I'm referent to the one in the notifications and actions settings.
