Microsoft Edge Update Template

So here's the thing. I was looking for a way to enable Edge side by side so I could keep the old Edge. I DON'T WANT the new Edge unless it looked like the old Edge. However, I looked it up and followed the instructions as it showed: Computer Configuration- Administrative  Templates. That's where it stops because the next step was click on Microsoft Edge Update but for some reason, it's missing so I can't enable Edge side by side. So why is it missing?
