GPO not being applied to domain users

Hi all,

I have problem with GPO for domain users.

I have a picture as attached file here:

This GPO is created for test only:

But when i applied the GPO to the OU, its seems all PCs is affected not domain users affected.

When i using a domain user logon to a PCs, it's not change password when expired dates.

How can i solved this issue?
