Group Policy Management: How to revert back Classic Administrative Templates to Original Form

Recently I installed "Win7-2008R2-admx.msi" to our DC running Windows Server Enterprise 2007. This was an effort to fix a problem I had to allow printers to install without admin rights (Right now, not my concern).

This problem was answered and the process I was trying to follow is Here.

When I attempted to follow the steps in the link above, I noticed that it changed our group policy view under Administrative Templates.

I now have under Group Policy: Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates: Policy definitions (ADMX files) retrieved from the central store. >Classic Administrative Templates (ADM).

I know that the addition for "Classic Administrative Templates" is because I installed Win7-2008R2-admx and because this is the new Group Policy Management setup since Vista, but what I don't understand is how to change it back to how it was before. I uninstalled the Win7-2008R2-admx file, but the current configuration settings are still here..
