Adding a third party service to a domain GPO

Hi,

I am trying to create a GPO to grant a user group permission to start, stop and pause third party services that are installed on a couple of Windows 2016 servers in the domain.

What I have done so far is:

Connected to one of the servers running the services and created a security template with the correct settings. Saved the template and copied it to the domain controller. On the domain controller I started gpmc.msc, created a GPO, linked it to the OU with the servers, edited the GPO and imported the policy here: Computer Configuration -> Windows Settings -> Security Settings.

But, when I choose System Services, I cannot find the third party services.

What am I doing wrong?
