What i'm needing is a logon script (or some other way) to get the local admin rights of the users for this one company we manage.
Some users have rights to install software, others don't and the office politics are getting out of hand and we've been asked to get a list of who has what rights (specifically rights that will allow them to install software, local admin rights).
I was suggested by a friend to use a logon script. I'm assuming he means a script that will export their local computer rights to file that can be read by us at a later date.
Anyone got an idea on how this can be done, or if i'm even in the right forum? This is my first real tech job so i'm a bit over my head since i mostly do backups, and storage issues, very little to do with accounts and users.
