Using sites to apply login scripts- Want to omit servers from runing scripts

Hi, hoping this is simple.  I am migrating our login scripts from Netware to Windows.  I have created sites and am placing a GPO object with a login script appropriate for each location.  We need this because no matter who you are your T drive needs to be the local server for programs to run.

So far, great. Till I started to migrate out administration offices which have all of our main servers.  We do not want drives mapping when we log on a server.  That being said only 3 accounts can but still...  We have a OU that all of our servers are in called servers.

Is there a way to continue to use login scripts on a site level but omit the servers OU?  Or, all of our workstations are in a single OU.  Can I only apply this to that OU using security filtering somehow?  I know I can put the object on that OU.  But I need it to be on sites so that people from other sites get the correct login script when they come to the admin center based on IP address.

Thanks for the help!
