GPO to log off idle users who have been switched from in Windows 7

Hi guys.  Is there a GPO that will automatically log off a user account that had been switched out of by the "switch" button on a locked screen after a certain idle time period?  Only catch is that if the session hasn't been switched out of, but has been idle for that same period, I would not want it to be logged off, for instance if someone went to a meeting that last longer than this time period but nobody else logged on to that machine.

We have a lot of users who move between machines, sometimes forgetting to log off machine 1 before they move to machine 2 and log on.  If another user hits "switch" then logs on, that leaves the other users session running in the background, which we don't want.
