Group Policy Folders Missing

Hello,

I am running a Windows Server 2008 R2 and I am having a mysterious problem. Have been trying to update my Group Policy but I have been unsuccessful in my attempts and receiving the below error message from my Command Prompt. The folders referenced seem to have disappeared from sysvol/policies folder and I have no idea where they have gone. I have a backup server but issue no GPO from there so I know replication is not a problem.
