XP vs W7 logoff scripts

I'm not sure if this is the right forum but I have to start somewhere.

We're finally pushing W7 and I have 2 WMI filtered GPO's for XP and W7, both work fine up to the logoff scripts which are identical.

The XP script calls a batch file running a kix script that along with some other things exports the default printer registry key to a folder in the users home directory. (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows) this all works fine.

The identical W7 script runs and updates the modified time stamp but if I edit the key the file is blank. The key is populated fine in the registry and manual export/import also work fine.

So the question is did they change logoff scripts at all for W7?

Cheers

Baz
