Here is our situation:
We have a HQ and two branch offices B1 and B2. We are using Folder Redirection to redirect Users' profile(Desktop and Documents) to their local servers.
The original GPO is created within win2003 in HQ which works fine for years and the GPO on B1 office work great too on win2008R2 local DC.
Office B2 initially only have 5 users and have no local server. so they use remote desktop to HQ and profiles are stored in HQ.
currently, we buy a local server for B2 and i created another GPO for B2 users, the GPO successfully redirected user profiles from HQ to B2's serve on their first logon. However, after logging on, the GPO didn't apply to their computers. I have to manually map their profiles to the server; which is fine for me for 5 users. But when adding new users, the profile folder on the server are not even created,so i have no way to manually map. So i think it's time to fix the GPO issues. Below are some errors on the GPO. While troubleshooting this problem, i tried to take off the GPO and re-add it with a brand new one; but it still didn't work. I also double check the setting on Office B1, B2 is using the similar settings. I have no clue why it didn't work. Please advise!
