Fine Grain Password Settings (ADSI Edit)

I have setup a couple PSO's as we have new requirements. I have noticed that I can enable password complexity requirements but is there any way to make the PSO require 2 capital letters and so forth (e.g. Lower Case, Special Characters, Alphabetical)?
